WTF is a skeevy little prick?

The dud who offered me money to Dom him, and then got pissy, and told me I know nothing about BDSM, when I told him I wasn't interested. Skeevy pretty much means sleazy, or shifty, or icky. Little prick is self explanatory. I didn't call him that to his face because he would have enjoyed it and he didn't pony up the cash.

I've never been so confused by a celebrity endorsement before. Just saw a "Sauvage by Dior" commercial starring Johnny Depp. I just don't get the appeal of that man.
