The good news- the little one's last surgery is tomorrow. Transfer to rehab before Christmas.

The bad news- the ex may be 'going away' for a bit, soon. I'll know more in the next couple of days.

Last surgery happening now! Rehab in a couple weeks!

Slim chance we'll be home by Christmas, but I'm not holding my breath.

The biggest change has been seeing her sweet, spunky little personality re-emerge after having been drowned out by the effects of constant pain and some serious meds. After six months of that, it's like Christmas every day to have my little girl back.
