Id say no.. Don't get me wrong I like em all big or little.. But, to me it's more about the shape firmness and how symmetric they are and yours are absolutely perfect.. Besides if you are happy with them that's all that really matters

I personally love breasts of all shapes and sizes, with a preference for natural.

If you do decide to get fakies, just make sure you're getting them for you, not anybody else.
