I finished Fairy Tale last week… how are you liking it?

The first half went fast, but somehow the Oz segment is a bit of a slog. I get the whole hero's journey thing, but this feels a little too on the nose.

She’s hilarious and I’ve laughed so hard I’ve cried reading some of her stuff. Beyoncé, the metal chicken, is probably my favorite of all time.

Oh for sure … I found that as well. I blasted through the beginning, and then kind of slumped a bit at the start of the other world … it picked up near the end though … for me anyway. I really enjoyed how it played out.

My mom used to punish me by taking my books away. She’s a teacher and still laments that it hurt her more than it hurt me, but I left her no option when I happily went to my room when I got in trouble
