Caught that, I see :D

It's true, too.

I believe you, and you should "know" me well enough by now to know that I'm not going to miss something like that, LOL.

There you go. I choose my clothes based on protection from the environment, usually too much heat.

i usually throw my hair into a ponytail, put on jeans even in hotter weather, and a t-shirt. that one day was over a hundred though and i was in the sun the entire time. at least i wore the gloves, even though they made working with the wire more awkward

It does catch attention...

I always wear gloves when dealing with wire. I actually have fairly coft skin on my hands. It doesn't cut well, but I don't form callouses hardly at all. Even a year's worth of heavy weightlifting formed only the barest callouses at the base of my fingers, and they go away quickly with a lay-off.

I also use these hands to touch people. I'd rather they not feel nasty.

i usually wear gloves. my hands dont callus well either (which was a real pain when i statred guitar. ive since stopped, and the calluses have all dissapeared).
i use a lot of lotion to make sure my hands stay soft. your right about not wanting them to get bad when you use them to touch people.

Guitar was impossible for me. I played it until my fingers bled, like that song said, and got tired of frikken bleeding.

I don't use lotion though. I'm male. I want my hands to not be totally soft. And if they were softer, they'd rip up when I do the various unpleasant and dangerous things I do with my hands.

Damn! You got a brother? :D

Nope, I am an only child. My parents got it right when they had me, and decided that they didn't want to chance screwing it up by trying again.

At least that what I tell myself.

I like my skin to be soft and luscious!

Soft and luscious skin, finesse, pull back on the manliness...

You're starting to worry me. If I don't seem some belching and ball-scratching out of you I'm gonna start wondering.

I get the image that it was more than like that they just couldn't handle two of you! *giggles*

the world is not built strong enough to hold two of you stomping around like neanderthaws.

Ahem, allow me my illusions, please =P

I'm amazed that none of my friends have asked me if I'm watching the caveman show...

That said, my youngest son appears to be carrying on in my proud, ogre-ish footsteps. He's a little brute already, and he's only two =)

Then you need matching kilts and battle axes. :cathappy:

kiddie kilts are one of my specialties. ;)

"v" thought that would be awesome too. If it weren't too close to Halloween to get something done, I might see about getting matching kilts made.

And I've seen your kiddy kilts. They rock!

yeah just a tad close to be able to have them for halloween. Besides that I have a little sister who's going to be pissed if I don't get her's done and shipped off to her soon.

I have to say, this is one of the funniest damn things I've ever heard. I mean, I once broke a cheap-ass futon, but that just doesn't have the same ring to it. :p

I've actually enjoyed the hell out of this thread, even if it shows how much of a total brute I am, uh, sometimes.

I'd certainly be happy to test its' design parameters.

Have it oiled and sent to my tent.

I want a new bed...

one with all the fixtures already attached and some kind of willing pliable type already upon it...

(2 months...it's been 2 whole months)
