Oh don't get me wrong....I bought that shimano and I plan on getting ones for Phil and Steve... :D I bought mine in a pawn shop cheap but I know the quality and of course I checked it out before purchasing ;) I am rather selective in what I use but if I do not have mine with me, I will use whatever is available to fish with ;) :D

exactly. I have a very nice ultra light setup with 4 lb test. Great fun. A very nice Ugly Stick great action. You would be amazed what I have found at yard sales ...

Thats cool :D I set all my rods up with 10lb test...I have had too many broken lines with the lesser :cool:

there is that thought too.. around here you get a lot of less then 3lbs fish. They just fight a bit. So the light weight line makes it fun.. When going for large mouth bass it's atleast 12 - 15 they like to wrap around the lilly pads and snap your line. Crafty fish they are ;)

:eek: Thanks G...I have put a lil of the weight back on...still working on more, of course...and I know things will get better after I finish with the dentist and all :confused: *fingers crossed) Should be only a matter of 3 - 4 weeks now til I am all done :D
