I'm sure if you looked up local craft stores in your area, you might find a store that offers classes. That's if you're only starting out though. Otherwise, why don't you get the ball going by making cakes for family and friends?

I'm a chef, I've been decorating cakes for years, those aren't the questions I have, but thank you for posting.

I have a cake and it has been decorated several times.. Nothing like whipped cream and cherries then watching someone lick it off and their face covered. A banana placed just inside makes for a interesting decoration and the clients love to play fetch the banana. Little cherries with the stems are fun too...
