No no, not the sweet red beans like in moochi, I don't eat that either. This is more like a condiment, fermented soybean powder and the red color is hot pepper. You cook with it or we eat it usually with red leaf lettuce and rice. This picture gives a better idea.

I like the moon embracing the sun, that is a good drama.
I do not watch anime or read manga, but I used to play starcraft
No martial arts but we don't wear shoes in the house
Cooking always, but I do buy my kimchee (eeks), went to the asian market today and bought some already made japche, just going to cook the beef for it.

I don't know much about Chinese culture. I have never made any chinese food, but I love eggrolls

I'm not a stereotypical asian. Born korean, but raised White. so i'm more of a twinkie

I do love to cook and watch/read manga

Drama not so much.

I am starting martial arts classes this summer. But its gonna be Capoeira

soups, My favorite is fish stew

I mix it in Bap

I add it to bbq sauce.

I'm a fan of the beef soup with rice cakes or seaweed soup, yum yum!

I like using it to cook fish, a little added with soysauce. We usually use tilapia fillets, then with rice and kimchee, so good!

I've never thought of adding it to bulgogi, I have some beef, I am going to try that tonight.

I forgot about gaming! At my old job we used to get an Xbox out on Fridays, but no one would let me play because I was Asian and they were scared I would destroy them. So I destroyed them at ping pong instead

The literal translation is spring roll, not egg roll I used to make them as a child, haven't done them for years now. I don't think I can ever remember how to do it anymore.

What manga/anime do you watch? I've been getting back into them recently, especially with anime.

As for myself - I practised Wing Chun when I was younger, and still go through it occasionally so I don't forget.

I don't like TV dramas - too melodramatic

Cooking - I grew up in a restaurant, so I do plenty of that!

Well in the original chinese a different word is used if the wrapper is different. If you translate egg roll literally, it's actually the name of the swiss roll cake.

That looks good. The Chinese swiss roll vs the traditional one. Looks like the Chinese one isn't as sweet.

I've made 1 rolled cake, it looks better than it tastes. I don't think it had a very rich chocolate flavor.
