Oh boy, either you're not using Internet Explorer or you're using and older version of Internet Explorer.

If you're using an older version of Internet Explorer, go to Tools (or View for very old version) -> Internet Options -> Delete Files

When done, click okay then select Settings -> View Files -> Click on the Column Header 'Name' and highlight, delete all files starting with the word 'Cookie'. Close All Browser Instances. Then go back, log in and try to get to the 'Stories' link.
