my son JUST missed being named Calvin J. Hobbes [lastname]. J. being for what his first name actually is-Jared. Boy, he would have lived up to it, too! I think I liked them so much because they reflected opposite sides of my personality.

My beloved was going to let me name our son that...but I caved in to the relatives that where absolutely aghast at the idea.
