Des's pic and the weekend

Very nice indeed Des...hope I get a much better and more thorough view soon...

Weekend again very soon and wondering what all my Carolina buddies will be up to. Just to turn LTR on I will talk tech for a moment. Turns out LTR that the memory was bad. On top of that when I talked to tech support at Crucial/Micron after I told them I knew it had to be bad they backed down and said that Micron didn't even make the 512mbDDR module...they had such a demand for that module they had a third party do it. They have had over 25% returns on that module and no longer sell it. Would have been nice if they had stated up front it was not Micron. I had to order two 256mbDDR's to make up for it...oh well.
I will give Crucial/Micron this much, I ordered the replacement memory yesterday afternoon and it was here in Granite Quarry, NC before 11am today!

On top of all the computer fun, I will have to be purchasing a care fairly soon. I'm getting that narrowed down to which one I want slowly but surely. I'll make sure there is enough room to put at least one of you girls in(or maybe more), in a compromising manner....
