Boy this has been a great day! No offense to my southern bretheren, but this snow would be considered a "light dusting" in some places I have lived. But it was enough to close down my workplace. So I have spent the day reading, sipping hot tea, and watching the pets discover snow. This is the type of work schedule I like.

So...... Greetings to the new folks and a warm hello to the "old timers". I hope the new gentlemen find what they seek. But I do think they will find this is more of a "Carolina hangout" than a Carolina pick-up spot. I get the feeling our two most loyal lady residents (ltr & Des) are very happy with their status quo. But, I could be wrong.
