if we really could get together occasionally, as was suggested a few posts earlier? I'll bet there are enough of us in the Charlotte area for a group, and probably another meeting in the coastal area and western NC area.... and then there are the SC folks.... let's keep this idea alive.... Back in the 70s I was big time into Citizen's Band Radio. CBs. I would spend hours talking to the same people, like I spend hours on this board.

We finally had a get together, what a mess. People you thought were young and cool, old and stupid. That really sexy sounding lady. fat (no harm intended please) and old. It goes on. Things were never the same.

Still, if it happened, and I could make it, I would go.

ANY how, I wanted to wish my close by friends a happy New Year. I hope we all have the best of health and a good dose of happiness.
