The book is GURPS IOU, its not printed any more but I got lucky and found it some time ago along with GURPS Mecha and animie.

As for the credit card I am debating as to weather or not it will. It picks its owner so the question is did it want to be dropped.

The Arch Deans Office has always been the 13th floor of the 13 story clock tower which oddly has a different time on each side of it, all of which are wrong.

Undoubtily, you all have seen the posts made by Bastinado in the IC, and apparently and painfully obviously, the posts are bullshit designed and meant to disrupt the thread. I recommend ignoring them completely. And if Bastinado would wish to come explain himself, then by all means, let him.

Well my advice is doing it the same way others would. A mix of fear of the Arch Dean, avoiding being around the team while its in danger, and openly ignoring them when they are not in danger.
