Though, I have to say, it is difficult to ignore, and troubling to watch when certain accounts have used and use images taken from paywalled platforms (ie private onlyfans) (which constitutes theft btw) and presenting these images and fabricated identities as their own within the threads. (A crime, by the way)

So whilst I agree entirely, (people are entitled to protect their identity, of COURSE)… that protection cannot and should not extend to stealing images or fabricating personas. Anonymity is one thing; misrepresentation and theft are another…. I’ve caught out one such catfish here before. But it took a lot of time and evidence to make sure the account was banned. They are back now, I’m sure of it. But with a site like this anyone and everyone can slip through the cracks and there isn’t a way for that to stop.

It won’t stop me from attempting to weed them out. At least the ones specifically stealing and using images that aren’t their own.

Agree. The advancing technology makes it harder and harder to keep up with for sure. One reason I don't leave the AH often.
