Much like Ants, Rhinos, and salmon are all animals, they are all affected by different things. You can't kill a rhino by stepping on it. You can't kill a salmon by drowning it, and you can't kill an ant with a fish hook.
Same with viruses- some evolve quick so one vaccine is only effective for a short while, while other viruses do not evolve more quickly.

The entire intent of the CDC and Biden administrations covid policies was control of the population. They wanted to see how many would blindly, unquestioningly follow orders and fall in line. They wanted to see how long they could keep it up before a segment of the population rebelled and if they could control that or have to surrender and open the country back up. They learned and they lost. The country wouldn't stand for this essential house arrest and disruption of their lives. They learned it will take more than charlatans speaking half truths and lies for it to ever happen again.
