Yeah it's surprisingly ok, and a step up on the sharknado type fair but still in that ballpark

I rewatched this the other day, because a friend hadn't seen it, Not exactly Horror, but one of the THE most relentlessly horrific films I've ever seen , it doesn't even show much, it is just constant, horror,

Very similar and came out weirdly within a year,
Threads is grimmer I think, Especially as it covers like a decade post attack

I watched it. It was definitely a more dramatic sharknado. I didnt hate it. The "foster" dad, getting it not once but twice, was the best part.

Obsession, is definitely horror. And a WHOLE lot of what the fuck.

More dramatic than sharknado? That is a bit of a low bar isn't it? But I will give it a shot. The part about the foster dad seems intriguing.

I need to give it another watch sometime. I was not anticipating the style of the movie and some of the aspects were just too much the first time around.

Spoilers: The initial killing of the four was great action. But when they all came back to life, I was already questioning how she was going to get out.
Then the roaming eyeball.
The fight in the dining room in the dark. She is a bigger badass then John Wick.


It had great action at times. But you are right, I would not put it in the horror genre. It was just a violent movie. Given that I know that about it now, I think if I rewatched with that mindset I may enjoy it more. But I am going to give it a cooling off period before I do my rewatch.

I'd forgot about the foster dad, They did good work with him,

I think that's a good way to describe it, more grounded than Sharknado, ( pun intended )
