My husband knows, but I don't think he's read any more than the first story I submitted. I think he's sort of proud I'm doing this but wishes I'd find somewhere to send my stuff that would give me money. He occasionally threatens to out me to our real-life friends and acquaintances. Thing is, about 90% of them are people we go to church with, and if they found out about the other side of me I'd probably have to make a whole 'nother set of friends, except for maybe one of them--she's a writer, and knows that I have also submitted stuff to Clean Sheets.

It was an intentional decision to show her... ummm... certain art photos, yeah! that's the ticket. It was an intentional decision to show her my art photos on the Am Pics board early in the relationship so she'd be free to choose to accept me as I am or not. Lucky for us both, she chose YES....

Mine knows but it is just not her style and she kind of ignores the whole thing. Aside from the bi-annual jealousy spike, which usually has more to do with something in her life other than us, she is very cool about "indulging" me. She would rather have me "thrill-seek" from the home office than kneescraping corners or jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. She also lets me buy swords and wear dresses to ethnic games.

I couldn't be with a partner that didn't understand 100% of my life, my loves and my addictions. All of you that have to hide this, you have my utmost sympathies, you really do. I've been in relationships before where my partner hasn't understood some aspect of my life (not always porn) and I've had to keep it a secret, lest I risk their disapproval. SO has no idea....I'd be killed...but it is my only release....I was dared by a friend to write a story so I did it.

I am happy I did....the only thing that would make him happy is the fact that I don't go clothes shopping anymore when I am home, so in a way I am saving us money!! LOL

Honey, my love, try to find a way to tell him.  Sure, just in case, do it obliquely - "Hey, would it be cool if...?" or something...

In the past I've found that sexy behaviour (and I bet that includes writing lit-stuff) is a turn on!  The thing that really matters is that it's kept within the couple (or however many you have going).  But, in my experience, a partner that wants to do sexy things is SEXY! - for both men and women, as long as they feel safe themselves.
