No probs... If its a good quality ring, then there will be clear instructions either on or in the pack... Incidentally, the young lady in the sex shop has probably heard it all before, and she isnt likely to get embarassed... Heck, she works in a sex shop !

Anyway, you put on the cock ring when you first get an erection... it goes at the base, and works by applying pressure all the way around the penis in a concentrated manner....

As you know, it is blood flow into the tissues of the penis that give you an erection, the cock ring prevents the blood from escaping from the penis, hence it prolongs the erection....

It will not make you last any longer than normal, and will not assist if you are having problems getting an erection in the first place....

In my experience a cock ring DOES do all of the suggested things. It helps you with getting an erection and keeping it. It postpones the ejaculation and when you do ejaculate, it is much more violent and pleasurable than without.

Some people recommend that you put the cr on before you are fully erect. The unique thing is that the cr allows blood to flow into, but not out of, the penis.

This knowledge is hundreds of years old.

I find a cr to be just what the doctor ordered for example for anal sex; when you are a bit tired or nervous etc. But the cautionary statement is correct. No more than 15-20 min.

CR's reportedly are good for any kind of sex including masturbation although I have never tried that.

The simplest CR and the one most easy to use is just a loop of surgical quality rubber that tightens with a small sliding ring. It comes off easily.

For it to work properly it must be very well tightened and be placed at the very root of your cock. If you are hairy in that area you may need to shave or otherwise remove the hair to avoid the CR catching the hair. Ouch!

This is the first I've heard of one that wasn't a solid loop. (BTW I didn't get a chance to buy and use one yesterday, but the night ended well anyway )
I think I'll look for the adjustable type, that whole "don't wear for more than 30 min" thing worries me. If your hard, and it's a solid ring, how would you get the C.R. off? Also if it's adjustable you wouldn't have to worry about buying the "right" size.
