• first; make sure you measure for fitment correctly
• second; if this is your first C/R. buy silicone or rubber before you purchase stainless steel
• third: don't wear your C/R long if it is "your' first go around. like a new pair of boots... wear them around the house for a hour or so to break them in. Same with your C/R. wear it for a short time.. andpractice putting it on and taking it off..
