Hello everyone

Quick question, if I may..

I have tried at least 5-6 times to sign up on CM. I type in all of my info that is required. I click Sign Up and then I click on OK (TOS) but instead of registering, it keeps taking me back to the sign up page...still showing all of my info I typed in. And, does not give any reason as to why its not registering.

If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you

I just tried to sign up for another account, and am having the same problem. I enter my info, click Sign Up, then click OK when the window asking me if I've read the TOS comes up, and the page doesn't go anywhere.

I've had some problems with CM working properly before. More than likely, it's just a hiccup in their system - perhaps they made some changes and are still working out the bugs.

You might try contacting them at http://www.collarme.com/bdsm/support.htm if it doesn't start working soon. I asked in this thread for you, since I didn't recall if you had to sign up for a personals account to post on the forums: http://www.collarchat.com/m_1412289/tm.htm

I would go with contacting Collarme as it is their site so they are likely the ones to want to know about any difficulties, and/or be able to tell you what it is if they already know.

Thank you SweetE for replying.
The link you sent for support leads me to a sign up page. I don't see anywhere to click for support (looks as if you need to sign in). I will give it a day or two and try again; in case it does have something to do with site problems.

I tried:)I saw no where on site where I could find help

Maybe it is the site itself.
Thanks for replying.

I didn't think about needing to be logged in to get help.

The people who replied to the thread I started said they've been making big changes to the site and waiting for 2-3 days will likely be your best option, just to confirm what you said.

If you're still having problems in a couple of days, let me know, and I'll ask support on your behalf. :)

It looks like they are changing their format or transitioning to new software.

I just wrote CM Support, and hope to hear back soon. I had an issue with another user threatening me without provocation in the past, and they dealt with it swiftly, so hopefully that will be the case here, too.

I'll let you know what I hear from them. I'm hoping they'll either give a date for you to try again or an email addy you can send your registration info to, bypassing the problem altogether.
