Today everybody was piling on Dan Crenshaw, mostly Ted Cruz supporters.

  • Crenshaw voted to certify the 2020 election.
  • He broke ranks with the MAGA faithful to allow Afghans who worked as translators for the United States Army to come to America as permanent residents (NOT citizenship)
  • He called Trump's gold plated sneakers tacky.

Any one of the above made him a RINO in Texas terms
 
Today Libs are hurt their favorites didn't win. The GOP is gloating their candidates won.

Neither saw the obvious. Way more libs voted in their primary than real people voted in the Republican primary.

Be afraid. They aren't cheating. They actually go and place a vote.

I live in Texas and voted for Jasmine Crockett in the Democratic primary. I'm not "hurt".
I'm dismayed that she lost, but I will absolutely turn out and vote for James Talarico.

Republican
  • John Cornyn (Incumbent) - 74 years old, a bit creaky mentally. A George W. Bush Republican
  • Ken Paxson - 63. Nuttier than a squirrel turd. Currently Attorney General. Cheats on his wife. Loved by MAGA. Creates the loopiest legislation possible, routinely laughed out of the Supreme Court (i.e. "Texas law applies to Texas citizens visiting California") Death penalty for women seeking abortions.
  • Wes Hunt -44. Rising star in Texas politics....was promised state backing if he ran against increasingly whackadoodle Ted Cruz, decided to jump the line and run this time. Spoiler candidate, no real chance of winning.
Democratic
  • James Tallarico - 36 Describes himself as a "Progressive Christian" Achieved national prominence two weeks ago when CBS refused to allow Stephen Colbert to air an interview with him. His opponent had a double digit lead on him prior to that, now its a tossup.
  • Jasmine Crocket - 44. Intelligent opinionated articulate Negro lawyer. WhiteGuide and Ishmael's worst nightmare. Routinely rips Republicans to shreds. Doesn't back down. Recently criticized for her Trump-like staff bullying reporters and website. I voted for her.
Its going to be a fun evening here in Texas!
