So, yeah...if you stick the less fresh one in the microwave for a couple seconds and then smear them with butter it's not bad.
But I've had fresh, French Bakery croissants. and....yeah....
I just try not to think about it.

A really good sour dough loaf, lightly toasted, with good cheeze.....
Or a nice hearty grain, lightly toasted, with peanut butter (OK, fine, I'm an ugly American...I love me my PB).

But yes, I can see being a croissant ho.
