Or a nice hearty grain, lightly toasted, with peanut butter (OK, fine, I'm an ugly American...I love me my PB).

But yes, I can see being a croissant ho.

I used to love sourdough, but now not so much. A good pumpernickel now... yum! And yes, PB is the bomb!

For anyone that has a Trader Joes nearby... they have pretty good frozen crossiants that you can pop in the oven and bake at home. You have to preplan a little by taking them out the night before but it tastes as good as you can get without getting it fresh from a bakery.

Best cheeses are the syrah soaked toscano, scotch bonnet cheddar, bacon cheddar, truffle cheddar, and the new taco seasoned gouda is pretty good.
