Shortly after my first thought that this looks delicious, I started wondering about the ingredients. Doesn’t the lettuce wilt? Don’t the avocados go brown and gross? Is this a photo op only situation?

Well...it isn't bacon. I suppose it has its place. Growing up...my mom would cook shit and say "you can't taste the difference". Well...if you chain smoke and take Valium like candy....I suppose it is possible you can't taste the difference. Now...60 years later...I cook a lot. And my mom says Damn this is good...way better than I can make. Well fucking duh. It is bacon

My mother cooked pork until it was dry. I was in my late 20's before I figured out I could cook pork more to my taste. Never looked back.

My mom used to cook fresh vegetables until until you could only eat them with a spoon. I think it was because she grew up on canned vegetables and was trying to make something familiar to her.

I hated veggies until I learned to cook, now my mom loves it when I make meals for her.
