Homer, I don't know how it is for your wife, but we're bombarded with messages (from feminine hygiene commercials to men's comments and jokes) that our genitals are dirty and smelly from a very young age. The best advice I can give is good communication. I've ALWAYS loved going down on my g/f but the most fun has been working out what felt best for her.
