I just read a cool April Fools trick in Mac Addict that I could have used a couple of days ago. Hmm. I suppose I could do it anyway...

It's very simple, and I can't believe I never thought of it.

If you have a Mac you know that you can change application icons at the drop of a hat. Pick someone in the office you hate. Choose two of his most used applications, and switch their icons.

Ah well, another opportunity to do something really childish and stupid lost again! Guess I'll go make a post about how today is DCL Parade Day and watch the thread sink faster than a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Balloon filled with cow crap.

If only you were an obnoxious infantile jerk, then your threads would get tons of traffic.

Well I'd answer I just don't know what to say.

Umm how about WOOF????

Nah didn't think that would go down to well.

I'll just shut up now and leave the thread.

The favorite one I ever pulled was chaging their default font color to white.

But that was on a PC ;)

I, um, disconnected the keyboard and mouse, then switched them around. This confuses the computer if you do it when it's running and nothing works. When you restart you get all these error messages. MS2 checked and checked cause his stuff was all plugged in but his computer wouldn't work. I was, of course, in SK1's office laughing like an obnoxious, little, dungaree-clad hyena the entire time. Finally MS2, not wanting to admit to being ignorant, but having no choice, called in CTO1 "the uniform nazi" in because he was the LAN administrator. CTO1 is a fuck. Anyway, he did the reboot thing, read the messages, got behind the computer, replugged the mouse and keyboards, then stuck his head in SK1's office and told me to knock my shit off. The man has no sense of humor. MS2 was pissed.

I once created a start-up screen wallpaper that looked exactly like an error message. It read:

"System Error 345
Hard Disk Erased".

The poor guy nearly fainted.
