I agree with point one 100%
I agree about the numpty manager (and the numpties that appointed him!).
I think it WAS maybe time to drop him though... and maybe a couple of the so-called 'superstar' players as well (Frank Lampard anyone?). We have great individuals, but not a TEAM. They are paid too much to care.
