Dear Litster, once more

Dear Awesome Litsters,

You are truly the best there is! I couldn't ask for better friends. Not only was my mom happy with the video messages for her birthday, but, when I took dinner over, my Dad was beaming and excited because of what you took the time to do!

Thank you for making my parents happy today. You truly are amazing and I love you all!

Weepy but happy Litster

Dear Litster who messaged this morning,

You did NOT add me to your buddy list like you thought...and, therefore, I cannot reply to your message.

Dear Breathless Litster,

Anyone with such a lack of attention to detail may not think to follow up and check your posts. I hope, whoever it is, that they see this. In the meantime, I think you are

Dear Ocean Blue Litster,

You're probably right, but it was worth a shot.

Dear Litster practising restraint;

We're gonna need to see that ass, in order to render judgement on its lovestriking potential.

In the name of public welfare.

Sincerely; Safety First Litster.

(although if you see yourself here then yes, I'm talking to you)

Lit is a weird place. We think we're friends, but don't have the usual communication channels that friends have. If you stop posting, don't respond to emails and don't check your (skype/kik/whatever) we worry about you. We can't call your house to check on you, in most cases. We can't send your spouse a Facebook message, asking about your well being. So check in with someone, damnit. In these crazy times, we just want to know you're ok.

With love and concern,
Mama bear Litster

Dear Mama bear Litster,

You're the best...

I've thought this too. There have been quite a few Litsters who've popped up for the first time in ages, and that's been great! But there is also bound to be a number who are never heard from again, and we don't know why. :(

Also wondering, and hoping people follow your instruction Litster

Dear Litster,

Checking in here after a break and found your PM. It was a lovely discovery, one that made me blush. I’ll message back soon after I gather my thoughts. :rose:

Intrigued Litster

Dear Messy May,

Thank you for being mine for almost exactly 750,000 minutes, and for making every one of them richer and happier.

Hydrated in anticipation Litster.

Dear Litster,
It took me awhile to figure out lol...your slip of the tongue got my attention.

Dear Mama Bear,

Some of us had Phone, Internet, and Telephone (henceforth known as PITs) issues that dragged on for a month thanks to this Covid crap and businesses not taking care of business. However, we appreciate those that knew us well enough not to give up on us.

Signed,
Heaven doesn't want me and Hell knows I'll be new management so I'm stuck here

(ETA; Hey, countless injuries piled on top of childhood illness, Parkinson's turning my brain to tapioca in my skull and affecting my heart and breathing, and then takotsubo cardiomyopathy beginning with losing my wife followed within a matter of months by stepmother and father and then worsened by others and I'm still standing. Covid can bring it on. [Not that I'm taking off my nifty bandit mask whenever I go out. Or putting down the bullwhip I carry to remind people that "this is six feet motherfucker. If I can touch you with it, you gave consent."])

Dear Litsters

checking in.
I have not been posting much. Lots of reasons. but I am still here.
Hallloooooo to those who remember me.

Everyone stay safe. Tell the people you love that you love them EVERY chance you get.

we are living in weird times.

I am grateful to Lit for helping me learn how to do lots of things using technology to keep in touch, learn to know people and feel close even when we are far apart. I truly believe it has helped me feel less confounded in these Covid times.

:heart:cb

Dear Litster,

You'd think it wouldn't surprise me anymore, but it still does sometimes.

Dear Litster,

When I see your face, or hear your voice, or even just recall them, it's like a new sunrise to me; and I can no more look away than I could stop breathing.
