Dear Litsters,

I want to thank those of you who have reached out to me in my time of grief. Funny how the kind words of strangers can mean the most of a difficult situation. Makes me realize that LIT does have a heart.

Well, another week's gone by. I guess I should go back to just considering us banter friends on the boards. It seems that's all you want or want to have time for. Which is a little hurtful, because I thought we were closer than that. I miss being able to have actual two-sided conversations like we used to. But I also miss not being the one to always have to initiate them. You can say this isn't true all you want, but actions speak louder than words. And yes, I understand your situation - how could I forget? You've told me enough times. People make time for what, and who, they want to, though. If you want to be close friends as we have been, I would love it. But you will have to show me you do - it's up to you now.
