when you then have all the facts, an assumption becomes a presumption; based on a purponderance of the evidence (facts) at one's disposal.

I was in the kitchen just now, preparing TV dinners for my kids (yea, I'm such a gourmet mom tonight ). One of the trays had instructions to 'remove the packet of sprinkles before heating'.

My mind immediately went to the gutter and I had to laugh. OF COURSE, you remove the sprinkles before microwaving .... when SPRINKLES gets heated, she begins to melt and get all drippy
