Nope and a good thing you missed this one...
We didn't even save the leftovers...
The rub was heavy on salt as was the over the counter BBQ suace...
I could have tossed the rest down the hill if'n we had deer cause it could have been used as a salt lick...
I offered to make my homemade sauce but the other half went with of the shelf.
The ribs were done to perfection.

No, they were purchased about 2 hours before they hit the grill and the use of a gas grill requires the added liquid smoke.
The built in will have the ability for real wood chips but for noe I'm forced to improvise...
