I've not watched enough of the series, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Mike the plumber whose involved with Hatcher's character is working for the Mob? and is looking for someone in the neighborhood?

If so you could do a series of Lit stories where he kidnaps each of the wives, bringing them down to his basement. With them blindfolded so they don't know who it is, he injects each of them with Truth serum and asks them questions.

When he's finished with the questioning he realizes it will take the drugs several hours to wear off, and since each woman is high and susptible to control, Mike decides to have his sexual way with each of them.

Before the drug wears off and they come too, he takes them home and secretly puts them to bed. Each thinks they've had a erotic dream.

Then the last episode, they happen to tell each other about their dream, realize they've had the same one, and that it actually happened, they team up and capture Mike. Then the four, dressed in their favorite leather dominatex outfits get their revenge.

Not just Eva it seems. Did you catch the scenes where Bree (Maria Cross) confronts her husband about why he had an affair and he admits he likes to be dominated by a woman. Then the two of them on the couch watching a Femdom tape.

Next thing you know we'll be seeing her trying on leather corsets and playing with whips. Imagine the scene when Terri Hatcher stops by for coffee, and while Bree's in the kitchen, Hatcher discovers a pair of hand cuffs under a couch cushion.

what was your impression- mine was that this kuilled the moment and they never actually had sex.

It seemed odd that as anally retentive a woman as Bree never inspected the box in the closet ( and why did he have that stuff if the bdsm was all at the other woman's huse?) . Bree's " was it good for you too?" was cute.

I've seen 2 and a bit, I didn't want to watch it at first because I'm getting tired on being hooked on tv shows but one lonely boring night I watched an episode and I was hooked.

Desperate house wives is such a great show, the writers and actors are really pulling of a show that has some very difficult concepts to portray with out seeming...lame.

Anyway this is just a shout out to the tv series, may it have a long life.

Mine too, though I think we're going to see the writer's explore this more between Bree and her husband, perhaps the Femdom will bring them together. Again I get this picture of Hatcher stopping by and Bree's husband is all tied up in a closet or something. Visible to the viewers but not to her. I can't wait to see how far the writers try and take it.

Anal retentive doesn't make her disrepectful of her husband's privacy. Considering the way she talked at the therapist, about missing most the dinner parties, I would guess she was brought up not to pry.

I'd guess about the box, that after his infidelity was found out, he broke it off with the other woman and when he did she gave him back the Bsdm stuff.

And yeah, its always the stuffy quiet types that are the kinkiest.

Absolutely killed the moment. But I think (or hope ) that they continue the storyline. I think Bree is a natural dominatrix. I also wondered how he got away with that box in in the closet. I think she would have felt it was her domain and inspected it long before now.

I'd love to see a very explicit scene between Susan and the plumber. He is so hot. The tattoos just make me melt.............and that smile *fanning self with hand* woohoo

I'm betting the writers will remember who their audience is, mature women, not teenagers. Hopefully you're wrong, and we'll at least get the PG13 bits of Bree's exploration of her dominate side.

Actually it would be interesting to see the demographics and breakdown of ages/sexes of the audience for this show. Anyone have any links to something like that?

I think if you review my earlier posts, you would find that I like Susan ( Teri Hatcher) best, or Lynette (Felicity Huffman). Perhaps because I enjoyed the work of both actresses earlier, or because they have characters who are offbeat and complex. Gaby ( Eva Longario) may be gorgeous, but strikes me as too plastic. Bree ( Marcia Cross) is both visually and characterwise more cool.
