No, but the thought of warm bread and butter makes me hungry. I have to eat now. My blood sugar was just below pre-diabetic, so I've been told to watch it and get it down ASAP.

look into cinnamon extract on the blood sugar. That was what I did and started eating more real food (non Stouffers) Cleaned it right up in a month.

had to go to the walk in doc cause my ear ache hit hard with the sinus getting infected. They wanted to nip that in the bud cause I still have all my stiches in. They didn't want me ripping those while coughing up a lung.

It feels like I have 2 horseshoes on right now but it's the stiches that are holding me together. They come out next wednesday. So far I haven't looked at anything too close cause it make me nausis to look at the stiches.

Mine too. I am one of the fortunate people in the world. I don't have any cholesteral (sp) or blood sugar issues. Just had the tests done a month ago. They are all "perfect" as my doctor said. So I got some good genes anyway. But of course then there are others....

Keeping the stitches in was a decision on their part. I have a weak stomach when it comes to looking at some things.......strange it didn't bother me when I was in college and was taking anatomy. The class meant I didn't have a lunch period (as did a few others) and we ate while working on our specimens. One partner would work while the other one ate, then we'd wash up and change places. Now that would make me really nauseous.

Just don't go and do anything rash....like waving flags today.
