Good morning {{{{{{{DGO}}}}}}}}}}

Mine too. I am one of the fortunate people in the world. I don't have any cholesteral (sp) or blood sugar issues. Just had the tests done a month ago. They are all "perfect" as my doctor said. So I got some good genes anyway. But of course then there are others....

Have a fantastic Friday hon.

Well the blood sugar issues are new and not yet at the level to require medication. I want to lower them to normal. Had I known about the cinnamon, I'd probably be there now. My cholesterol numbers are exemplary; some of that might be genes, but I think it's my love of oatmeal.

All I have to do by February 12 is lower the weight and the blood sugar numbers. Everyone will be happy as long as they're going down.

Hi DGO

I hope you _ _ _ _ _!

I'm not craving bread because I don't have any. If I did, I'd be biting my nails in frustration.

Of all the things I miss, bread is number one. I like whole grain bread, but good old oatmeal, raisin or potato bread is much better.

TGIF sweetie. Hope you are continuing to feel better hon. It is great to see you. Is Mom still there?
Mom is here til Monday afternoon.
My neighbor is helping get her to the airport

Keeping the stitches in was a decision on their part. I have a weak stomach when it comes to looking at some things.......strange it didn't bother me when I was in college and was taking anatomy. The class meant I didn't have a lunch period (as did a few others) and we ate while working on our specimens. One partner would work while the other one ate, then we'd wash up and change places. Now that would make me really nauseous.

Just don't go and do anything rash....like waving flags today.

I was just talking about riding over today & sitting but no waving or flag for me.

The cinnamon does work DGO It has helped my Aunt she has been doing it for about a year and a half now and still isn't taking anything other than Cinnamon. Hell it don't hurt to try.

It's better than pissing in your ear for an earache.

There's great bread out there now that you can buy in the store that is good for diabetics.

Yeah, that didn't work for my nephew.........

TGIF Kylan ~ Well, are these fingernails, or toenails? ;)

Hiya kayte, charmed, I'm sure. :rose:

I've a suspicion they're rusty nails, based on the grounds it was the nefarious sasebrats that dropped them off.

:D
