Yes it does! It means you're helping to lower or maintain great cholesterol numbers. Those are the only good numbers I have.

Now, now. I'll bet you have all sorts of good things about you. Oh yeah, my cholesterol is pretty good but I think it has more to do with good genes than good nutrition.

I attribute my cholesterol numbers to oatmeal but no one in the family has had problems with cholesterol. I do know that people I've told about the oatmeal have been able to lower their numbers significantly without medication.

Oh yes.
I left the restaurant last night and got soaked fromt eh rain then this morning froze as I scraped off the car.
