You would remember the things you're not supposed to have now, wouldn't you? What's on your table?
 
I'd love to have dinner with you! I have (what else) chicken in the oven, the split breast. I lift the skin and do a rub of herbs and olive oil and put a bit of roasted red peppers then just a bit of salt and pepper on the top. I'm off to do some veggies -- a sort of 'fried' zucchini, onions (using olive oil and a quick dredge of bread crumbs) and then just a saute of mixed veggies.


How are you today?

(I had a bunch of labs done today and I'm looking forward to the A1c result especially. If it hasn't come down I'm going to go crazy.)

Absolutely -- those are the best things! I saw my Diabetic Diva today, we talked mostly about scheduling my eating. I'm not very good at the meal-snack-meal-snack thing so I got my 'talking to' and also ran into my doc before I could sneak out (I love her, I'm blessed to have her).

I'm good. That sounds like what I do. I make a saute of zucchini, onions, red peppers, garlic and mushrooms. It's wonderful.
 
Where the hell is Ms DGO this morning?
