I'm hoping today will get better. Richard was particularly mean yesterday and now my left leg is shouting.

No I never really go for that kind of Stuff but some People like to get theit frustration out so I play along ~

I did and he had me try the "Sit Tight" exercise video. You wouldn't think that sitting down to exercise would work up a sweat. WRONG!! I do like it since my knees won't allow the moving about that his other videos demand.
