I can pretty much guaranty the Turks don't have possession of them. Not unless they "took" them out of the secured weapons storage area on the NW side of the base and I can also bet that the USAF security force in that area would have something to say about that.

No, chief. Those bombs are not going anywhere very easily and are reasonably secure in their storage bunkers.
