Do you own an electric car?

Which electric car do you own?

Sorta. . . . .

I've got all the parts one needs for four EVs, however they're all coupled to an internal-combustion motor, so I burn a lot of hydrocarbons.

. . As opposed to those that have someone else burn the hydrocarbons to produce electricity including the hydrocarbons necessary to push the electricity to the charging station over a considerable distance

Don't own one yet. I find the electric Mustang interesting for driving around town.

AMG, Midnight Blue, of course.

Black black black, tobacco brown interior.

1 year plus wait, 20k deposit….you’re not allowed to pay cash, not allowed to lease them, required to finance through mb finance…. All done to tamp the black market.

EVs burn way less hydrocarbons from production to overall usage. It doesn't take a lot to charge a car and the electrical grid is everywhere. You're just a tranny boomer playing your little queerbait games.

I watched a guy build an electric car using junk yard parts from a Chevy and a Mini Copper body. Looked pretty neat!

I drive a Camaro 2SS to work and have a Shelby Daytona Coupe kit car (427 Windsor stroker) in the garage along with a few other project cars ('79 Trans Am, '87 IROC bracket car, '73 Cheyenne stepside, all of which need work!)

As faddish as EMV's are, the infrastructure is a long time away to support a mass market for them In order to generate the electricity to support any across the board reliance on them, the only solution would be an increase in dependence of nuclear power would have to increase. Until every house has a wind turbine in their back yard or roof, oil rules.

When they can build a real electric car/truck/bus/train that uses no carbon while building them or if they just happen to burst into flames for no reason, and can go over 650 miles without needing to be charged and charging only takes at most 5 minutes, then I'll think about getting one. :D

The real truth... Just making the batteries for them uses as much carbon as a gasoline car uses in 8 years. And those batteries don't last more than 5 years some even burst into flames before then spewing carbon until the fire department gets there and is equipped to handle the hazardous waste that the battery then becomes.

So... FUCK ELECTRIC CARS.

Interesting documentary

Electric cars... just another way to keep the masses within 100 miles of where they were born and raised and not causing the powers that be a headache.

Saw a clip of a first time Tesla buyer parked in a gas station looking for the filler tube so he could fill up his tank. Had to google where it was on his phone. He didn't know that he bought an all electric car.

The vid was taken by someone at the pump behind him and the group in that car were laughing there asses off at him. :D

Not yet, but our 2019 ICE convertible is essentially our sendoff for gas power. Next one will be electric. But also keeping the ‘19 “till the wheels fall off”.
