Do you write from real experiences?

It's all fiction.

Not to speak for anyone else but I think that it's fair to say that everyone draws little bits here and there, a character trait, a moment of feeling, perhaps an entire scene concept to include in stories. You know, that half-naked homeless person tweaking on heroin that you witnessed causing a wtf scene that one time in the drug store last year finally got into a story as a side character. I just made that up, but you get the idea.

For the most part, my stories are either totally true or based on truth. Either way, Vicki helps me write every one of them and she is really helpful with sexy details.

Do you write total fantasy, or is it at least based on real events?
The settings and some of the minor characters are based on reality. Most of the major events are fictional. My life has not been that interesting I suppose. ;)

No. Not remotely.

All true. Absolutely.

Particularly the one about being a narcissistic and sadistic serial killing countess who gets violently fucked by a prince of hell. *Names changed to protect the image of virginal masochistic demonic demi-gods, of course.*

Of my 14 stories, two are pure fiction and 12 are pure reality based. The fiction is far more popular. People hate reality!

Some. Lots of random anecdotes and observations from real life, traits of characters drawn from anyone I've ever met, mostly carefully mixed up so as to become original characters.

Two of my stories are true apart from a bit of anonymisation, several more are mostly true up to a point, but there's a better ending, or I've merged and simplified a lot.

Most though are pure fiction, just coloured by my reality.

My sex stories about women I’ve been with, a sex club or my wife are true. If I write a fictional story for a woman, it’s based on activities I’ve done with other women. If a write a story about sucking a man or being with a trans girl that’s based on my fantasy of what it would be like. I’ve only played with my own cock, but I’ve done it enough and watched it being sucked enough to vividly imagine what it would be like on the receiving end, lol.

There are parts of my life throughout my stories. My interests, hobbies, places I've lived, worked or played. People I've known. I think it serves to give the stories a level of authenticity and realism where the settings and goings on are in as clear a focus as the characters.

But the relationships and the sex though, with a few exceptions, is all fictional.

No, every story I have written in purely fiction. But I am human and things I have felt and experienced made their way through. I read the personal ad I used in "My Future Ex-Girlfriend" You use things you have seen because can't constantly research.

Most of my characters are people or parts of people I have known. There's truth to the saying that "You can't make this stuff up", and real people are the proof of that.

My plots are sometimes pretty true to life, sometimes inspired by what I've experienced, and other times just what I imagine could be.

Quite a few of my stories jump off from actual experiences, but I usually take them to the next level.

For instance, my stories "Oz Beach Boy Nudes For Insta Girls" and "Oz Beach Boy & Japanese Tourists" were very much based on real experiences in which I allowed some women to photograph me in the nude in secluded areas near the beach.

IRL, the women took the photos, we had a laugh, and then I moved on and wished them well. In my stories, I have my MC receive hand-jobs from the women, in order to give the tales more of a salacious sense of, um, climax...

In terms of inspiration, for instance, I sunbathed nude in front of four younger, giggling women a few days ago, which was a huge turn-on, but is not worth a story in and of itself, but it might lead somewhere.

Many of my stories are based in reality in this manner, but many more are pure sexual fantasy. I have never, for instance, enjoyed a reverse gang bang with ten Irish party girls...damn! 😢 Nor have I jerked off in front of Mariah Carey...double damn! 😵

Yep

Ditto

Other than that, no stories I have written are true. (This essay however...)

The storylines are fictional, especially since like @Kasumi_Lee, I write NC/R (and also Sci-Fi). Buuut, a generous sprinkling of IRL moments end up finding their way in. Reactions, things partners have said to me, facial expressions, and other elements that make the stories more real to me, and hopefully my readers.

"For it's just a tale, and as Mark Twain pointed out, whether it happened or did not happen, it could have happened. And as all story-tellers know, whether they work with spoken words in crofts, or quills in Abbotsford, or cameras in Hollywood, it should have happened."

- George MacDonald Fraser, The Pyrates

Like a lot of Disney movies, most of my stories are based loosely on true stories.
