I was a year on Lit before I put up an AV. Cute cartoons of sexy girls. Eventually it seemed appropriated to put up something a little more personal, but posting a face or chest shot held no appeal. I am - in spite of some of my Lit conversational topics - a reserved woman.
Feet seemed like a good compromise.
Besides, I think my feet are pretty.

I'm the same way, not wanting to post a personal picture (plus my feet are ugly), so I too compromised.
This is me...only at Typhoon Lagoon in Florida...had my son take the pic just as I got crushed by their wave machine...

Cherries are my favorite fruit and I love to bake. When I joined this site I knew what I wanted for my AV, a slice of cherry pie. (It goes with my username too!). I changed it once and a few people got upset. Everyone loves the pie and so do I. So as long as I'm on here, I will always be the cherry pie.
