I like to share this idea before posting it in SRP.
HERE GOES:

Doll of desire
A new married couple on their honeymoon visited an old antique shop. The husband was attracted to a doll, a female doll in wedding dress that carries a lovely desirable smile, a lips that is hard to resist. He bought it.

Back in the hotel that night. While his wife is in the shower preparing for bed, he plan to give her the lovely doll. Unwrapping it, he gave it a kiss on the lips before handing it to her.

She smiles and say thank you, taking the doll. Something happen almost immediately, his shy wife suddenly turns wild. She was full of desire, reaching out at her husband and started kissing him wild. She pleads him to fuck her, gliding his naughty hands between his legs. .......

The dolls is an ancient love charm that binds the person who kiss it to the one he or she who received. The receiver will goes into fantasy, seeing the man as his/ her deepest love and lust beyond control.

The story above can go many ways with new characters as the story move along. His wife indeed serves him well that night until she calls into someone else name. She is imagining him as her lover and gave away the secret.

They may had a divorce and the person keeping the doll may have many plans after knowing the secret.

Or it’s the wife who feels compelled to buy the doll, and in bed that night she decides on a whim to pretend to be a doll, allowing her husband to position her and use her however he likes.

He’s confused and shy at first, but each night she is more and more like a doll and during the days she is her usual self and entirely convinced their love-making was sweet and romantic.

To expound upon @AlinaX's idea. Take it in a tradwife direction. After she begins to enjoy their sex life as her husbands fuckdoll to use as he wishes, she starts dressing in a very 1950s/60s Barbie fashion. Skirts and heels, stockings and tapered buttons down blouses and a hair styles that would be considered retro today, victory curls and the like.
Of course this new lifestyle has it's downsides too. The need to be claimed and bred, is overwhelming at any time day or night. She's adamant that they satrt a family immediately. But his low sperm count is going to make that difficult.

I like this idea. I also like the traditional wife fantasy too.

But here you could play it the other way. Husband learns that if he neglects his wife at night, she gets dominant and bitchy during the day. If he uses her thoroughly at night, she’s sweet and submissive and happy.

He’s caught because the sweeter she is during the day, the less he wants to abuse her at night, but if he doesn’t abuse her she turns into someone he doesn’t like very much.
