Hmmm. That’s a good question. It might cross his mind, but I’m not sure if he would make the connection since as far as he knows, Cora never told him and there was no reason for Damien to tell him. Sabastian also still believes Damien only took Cora, not being aware of the other women. So... maybe, maybe not.
