Education - Should it be Free or Not?

So, then my question is, "What form of government is the most balanced?" The concept of Capitalism is fine, in my opinion. However, in America, it's just pure corruption. I oftentimes say how much I hate Capitalism, but I really don't have a solution to the problem. And I'm sure if somebody DID, we wouldn't be in this mess.

One thing I do know is that the results are the same as a totalitarian government. The working class is churn, burn, die. Overall, Americans are not happy compared to other countries in the world.

I certainly don't want Communism. Socialism seems to be a milder form of Communism in which an individual can work harder to make more money.

As far as America's quality of education and healthcare, bullshit. "Oh people have to wait years for a life-saving precedure!" Yes, welcome to Earth where life is consuming every resource on the planet. People die. It happens. Sucks. But we can't try to save every soul on the planet. It's impossible. Sad? Sure. But reality.

I'm only interested in what can be done to provide balance. Because in America, the bottom 80% has 7% of all currency available. Whether you're Red or Blue, that is NO BUENO.

Westminster Parliamentary government. The head of state is some little old lady who looks like many of our nans. Pretty much a figure head. Almost removes one layer of government that might fuck things up. Puts the power squarely in the hands of those who have the majority of support in the House. No sore losers to slow down your policy implementation.

Keep a capitalist economic system. This will pay for very socialist social programs.

Top it off with a very much law and order culture.
