I saw them in Woolworths a few days after Christmas, a couple of years ago I saw them putting creme eggs etc out on boxing day in the local shop!oggbashan said:

Do you guys LIKE the Cadbury Creme Eggs?
Since they came out with the Mars, and Snickers and Dove Eggs Id much rather them then the Creme Eggs, they are just too sweet for me.
Im bad, I bought three boxes of chocolates for our family for Christmas, Ive ate almost one box, the Lindt ones (the best of course!). Finally I packaged them up with a sweet tray and took them to FIL birthday party, only think is, almost all of them came home afterwards. So now they sit in a ziplock bag, starring at me saying "Eat me, Im only one little bite, advil will take away the headache I cause, just eat me!"
So far, Ive done well, then I get a box of macadamia nut clusters from my brother, 9 in the box to start off with, (why not ten or twelve?). Im down two, seven to go before the end of the week so Im completely done with them all!

Just stop it with the mini eggs....they are irresistable...once the bag is open, thats it until they've all gone - that's why I only buy the small x6 bags. *sigh*
When worked as a classroom assistant, in the Home Ec department, each year at Easter, the 9 and 10 year olds made Easter nests out of shredded wheat and melted chocolate and then put 3 mini eggs in each one.....you have NOOOOOO idea how hard it was for me not to keep helping myself while the kids were working on their nests......
I went to Woollies today, and bought a few things in their sale.......household items.....but also some Reeses peanut butter eggs for the wife.....and they had a tub, right by the cash desk.....full of bars of chocolate '3 for a pound' ($1.92). That was also it, I bought mesen two plain bounties and a ripple (that's chocolate covered flake, just for McK...so it doesn't crumble, and you don't lose any.)
We still have a mountain of chocolate at Chez Mat and Min....the majority the residue of the small hillock we brought back from the States with us after Thanksgiving, and the rest the left overs from all the disgusting stuff we were given for Christmas.....a double/large box of After Eight Mints, a box of brandy filled chocolate beans, a box of liqueurs, a giant tin of Cadbury's Roses (almost gone).......its quite obscene just how much chocolate has been consumed in this house....and I don't have a particularly sweet tooth. Honest. I prefer crisps, nuts, savoury stuff.
