Oh wow, well thanks for everyone's responses to this. I have some idea's, now to just put them to the test I guess.
I thought about the lighting, and I kinda figured for Erotic you needed the softer approach. I have a touch lamp and was thinking of setting that on the lowest ligt with a fine scarfe over the top to take what glare there may be away.
I gotta say I'm kinda scared about doing this for the first time, but like anything I'll come round sooner or later (LOL).
