Erotic Stories

I'm write about first time sex, whether it is someone's first time ever having sex, or just a couple's first time having sex with each other.

Also, what I've termed "sudden sex" where the guy does not even realize the woman is interested in him until the sex actually begins.

You mean female writers? Or women in general?

And what do you mean with "descriptive when it comes to sex"? More detailed describing of the sex act?

And finally, why do you think so? (whatever so is ;) )

Well men in RL tell but never go into detail like chicks. And mens writing is based alot in porn rather than the erotic. Do girls really care about the size of tits and cocks (not saying all guys do - just ... that is the antithesis of porn if they don't like size). :) Men can't think beyond measurements. Hows that LOL?

I've had this line stuck in my head for about a month. I need to go ahead and write out the whole poem....

Digress me baby, and make it hurt...

Fucking words get me every time.....

Passion Question? I am passionate about words....I am passionate about painting a drama that offers readers a voyeur's view into my mind. I am passionate about creating a passionate response. Love, hate, anger. Anything other than boredom.

Are women more descriptive than men about sex? You are capturing yourself in a generalization here. Some writers are more descriptive than others, independent of sex. Along with that is the generalization that women are write in a more passive voice than men.

I'll ask you a question. Does descriptive writing have to be elaborate and detailed?

I gotta list of poets in line, and a Cloudy story, so tell me which ONE and what you want from my reading LOL. I am behind a bit. :) I don't read Lit stories often, so please tell me which story, otherwise I will pick the worst rated and tell you whats good and naughty, or really really: BAD  .

More seriously though. :) Which story? It will be a couple of weeks, yet? If you want a real indepth take?
this one right here
It's short anyways, only one and a quarter lit pages long.
Tell me if inspires you to a real indepth take!

I think I know what's wrong with least rated story actually. It's stepped back from its subject. Although I wrote about passion, I didn't write with passion. It was early on- I was coming to terms with some things I didn't know about myself.

Will do Stella - by next week? If thats ok? Please PM the link as it is easier to find for me. :) Off now, but night to you love.

I'm passionate about emotions. Fear, sorrow, anger, lust, love, these are what I try to write about.

As far as my niche goes, don't want one. I'll write what interests me, what I think makes a good story. If you want to read something of mine, Charley, try The Gift.

I think there are two things I try to get right when writing an erotic story. First and most important a good (and if possible original) story line, and secondly an erotic atmosphere. I don't always succeed, but when I do it's noticed.

Two examples of that would be 'Hell's Gate,' and Fantasy Inc both of which are popular and original. The reason I placed the story line first was because I enjoy a good read whether it's erotic or not.

Hi CharleyH how's things?

Carl

Thanks Ted E, RG and CarlE, your takes on your own writings is/ are beautiful :) Thank you.

:rose: to you, sweets!
Really though, I just want you to read it- and hopefully, fall in love with my protagonists

I'm passionate in my writing about trying to find moments. Moments that are memorable, that transcend the ordinary and stick in such a way that you can't forget them if you tried.

I have some of those in my real memories. A couple have made it here and the others are ones I may wish had really happened. Many of them are hard because they are speechless, if not silent. The ones that are words are easy.

If I can place such a moment right at the end of the story, it makes it even better...

that's a tough one......
I guess I'm more of just a simple hack.
I decided to try writing as a time filler since I have such an inordinate amount of time available.
I guess I like to see love in stories. Sex is great, don't get me wrong, but I enjoy the stories with an underlying theme of love between whatever parties are invclved.
Call me an incurrable romantic.

compared to many around here, I find it hard to call myself passionate, not like many are.

I think that's writer's block, in a word. When you have no passion for anything to write. If the spark is there, you can't get blocked.

I tell you frankly, I'm over fifty. I've been through some changes. J'ai appris une chose ou deux, en courant les prairies, moi. For me, this means I ought to damn well have an idea what's what, by this time. I mean, I'm a fuckin genius, they tested for it, I got papers. So where are the fruits of this? A flippin genius with fifty years in. How can you excuse to yourself being clueless, still?

So for me, the passion is to see the men and women act in the way they do. I collect weird actions and savor them. I try to perceive the commonalties in the behaviors of my fellow house apes, the things they do which are so typical of what all of us do. I want to understand folks.

People are tricky and elusive, and really much different from one another. My years on an ambulance showed me that. People live in ways you could not imagine a priori. The houses and apartments look like each other. Everyone goes home after work. But people live lives within those walls which are, or can be, radically skewed from what you'd imagine. And even so, there are still universals.

When I write, I have an ensemble of characters, and I want them to be surprising, but i want them also to be suddenly endearing as the reader sees herself, not as her own self, but sees herself in the characters even though they are not really acting or believing the same way the reader would. I want complex, real, quirky, comprehensible people in my stories, who surprise enough to stay fresh and who correspond to the universals enough to seem sympathetic.

People moving amongst each other's society, creating beauty, chasing chimaeras, battling the randomness and cruelty of life and finding it good to be together with others for it-- I want that.

*burp*

I'm not passionate so I can't say that about my writing--t's a part of me and I'm not passionate about my right hand... it's rather important in my life (no comments from the peanut gallery please about mastrubation) but I wouldn't say I'm PASSIONATE about my right hand.

Hmm... passionate with it is a whole different thing :)

As to a goal in writing...

To take the reader out of their world and bring into mine for the duration of the story.

It's like mind-control... but harmless ;)

Sincerely,
elSol

Earlier, I said I am passionate about writing dirty stories. I am, but that's a wise ass answer to the question at the beginning of the thread. I am passionate about writing about everybody having a good time. With the exception of my Halloween story, which has bombed in the scoring, everybody, especially women, have a great time. They all cum or grock at least once and usually two or three times. In one story, it was five times in one session and in another, it weas nine times over a weekend.

The women I write about tend to be sluts. I mean that in a very nice way, the way the women in AH usually mean it when they refer to sluts. Thay are very open and honest in their enjoyment and have no false modesty.

The men are always interested in their own pleasure, of course, but they are also interested in giving the women the most fun they can. George Boxlicker, who is my most common protag, has a motto that he will never refuse a reasonable sexual request from one of his multitude of lady friends, and he never does. I actually envy him, the great time he has.

Charlie, to answer your question about detail, I think it is an individual thing, not a man-woman thing, but I think nobody includes as much as I do. Every sex act is described in graphic detail, sometimes for as many as 2,000 words, from the first penetration to orgasms for all participants.

Some of the things I write about are not really very realistic but that doesn't bother me. Fantasy is never realistic. If it were, it wouldn't be called fantasy.

It's not that men in RL don't tell... men in RL don't talk (period).

To talk face to face about sex in a realistic graphic fashion requires a certain level of intimacy.

Male to male intimacy... BIG FAT NO-NO!!!

(It ain't a gay dude thing either... I just don't want to hear about my best friend's sexual adventures beyond 'Dude, I nailed so-so! High Five!')

As to descriptive... you're biasing it against the 'graphic'.

I write porn, therefore I'm graphic... graphic is descriptive.

What I don't describe is the stuff you want to read... that doesn' mean women are more/less descriptive... it means women are more descriptive about the thing women want to read about.

For the most part, I prefer the male style of 'erotica'... but I'm a guy and yes, I'm fascinated with the size of her tits.

Sincerely,
ElSol
