Erotica or Pornographic

Are you asking whether people here at Literotica would appreciate reading such a story?

I'm sure many would. Not everything here is Penthouse Letters. There's a Romance category, specifically. So if that's what you want to write, there's room for it!
I think the idea would fit best in the Mmature category.

i have always wondered if i have a good story in me, like most. But i wonder is there room for erotic romance instead of erotic porn story.
i have an idea for a story, where a young man of 18 falls in love with a 40 year old woman who lives the other side of the world. But I think it would have to be a romance story Or dose it?
I've written both younger man/older woman and older man/younger man romance stories. Though they are not as well-written (they were my first two submissions to Lit) as later stories, they are among my highest-rated. Your idea sounds wonderful.

Its posted. This is not my area of expertise. I find it very difficult to put imagined scenarios into words. however let me lose on a construction area that is going to cost millions to develop and I can see every piece of concrete and every block of stone. I can write a building plan, and costings in hours. I can even use a slide rule. everyone is different I guess.

just think of the words as blocks of stone- for many of us, they are that heavy.

A beautiful idea. I was ten years younger than an amazing late thirties woman from Tennessee I fell for (hard and well) and I live in England... we're still in contact. She was a nurse when I met her (flew to her) and spent some blissful weeks travelling around and getting to know each other...lots of adventures, but also depth as she has a son and I had (and have two daughters). I had split from their mum and couldn't have cared if she'd been in Timbuktu I would have gone to her...we had written from months prior to my visit.

I like this and I would love to here more drop me a direct message, this would work well i think with my romantic view of stories.

If you have a story in your head and you think you have the words to tell it, then you should write it. Just write it, and don't waste a lot of time trying to categorize it. Just write it.

And don't be shy about rewriting it. Though it's always possible you will write in a stream of consciousness that comes out perfect, that would be rare. The best writing is usually written, rewritten and possibly rewritten again. Then the editors come along.

And when you're done, you might decide it's garbage. Or just maybe, it will be something wonderful. But you'll never know until you put the words into text.

I think I try to write for myself more than anyone else. My normal writing, or should I say dictation are reports and cost analysis, litigations reports and staff analysis. All the interesting things i life so trying to write creatively is a interesting diversion from my normal life.

That is, hands down, the best reason to write.

Perhaps I went too far in mentioning editors. Editors are an often-overlooked asset (as a former editor, I might be biased), though not really necessary when writing just for yourself. But if you want to write well -- even for yourself -- rewriting is magical. It might mean changing nothing more than a word or two, or you might find yourself going to a place you never imagined. Always worthwhile.
