It depends on the conviction, assuming she is convicted. One possibility is she will be prohibited from holding office for life, although I suppose she might get a pardon from the Big O when he leaves office. The other possibility is a misdemeanor and she would be able to hold office. Of course, lotsa luck on getting people to vote for her under either circumstance. :eek:
